NHS Wales Test,Trace,Protect

From Monday 3rd August Tower Coffee House will be collecting customer information to help with NHS Wales Test,Trace,Protect. In order that we can comply with GDPR and Data Protection laws we have decided to operate a manual system of data collection after considering all options, not least because not all of our customers will have access to digital hardware.

We will therefore be asking you to provide your name and contact number on arrival if you are staying on the premises, and we will then complete your time of arrival and departure. For groups and families we will require information from only one person.

As we will be the data controller and to comply with GDPR please note that the information provided will only be used if contact tracing subsequently becomes necessary. The information given will NOT be used for any other purpose and will be stored securely and destroyed as confidential waste after 21 days.
